We are currently recruiting experienced, full‑time Warehouse Operative for our client based in the Bracknell (RG12) area.
We are looking for individuals with previous warehouse experience who are ready to join a fast‑paced and supportive team.
This is an ongoing temporary position with excellent prospects for permanent employment and long‑term career progression.
Key Information
- Job Title: Warehouse Operative
- Location: Bracknell (RG12)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour
- Requirement: A Basic DBS check must be completed prior to starting
Main Duties
- Support the Team Leader and colleagues with daily operational tasks
- Conduct inventory control and cycle counting
- Process goods-in activities
- Pick and pack goods for outbound shipments
- Work to agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Process outbound materials/orders in line with work instructions
- Communicate effectively with other teams to provide a high-quality service
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally holds a valid reach truck certificate with proven experience (desirable)
- Holds a driving license with 0 points (desirable)
- Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
- Experience using WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Confident numerical ability
- Experience in stock picking, packing and shipping
- Skilled in inventory control and cycle counting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Reliable and able to complete tasks efficiently
