Warehouse Operative

📍 Location: Castle Donington

💰 Hourly Rate: £14.66

🕒 Working Hours: Alternating shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm

(Monday to Friday - full flexibility essential)

📄 Contract Type: Temporary ongoing, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right individual

Job Summary

Blue Arrow is actively hiring skilled Warehouse Operatives to support a prominent manufacturing company based in Castle Donington.

This role suits someone energetic, reliable, and eager to grow within a dynamic warehouse setting.

Main Duties

* Selecting and packing various products

* Loading boxes onto conveyor systems (manual lifting up to 15kg)

* Logging inventory using handheld devices and internal software

* Assembling cardboard cartons and organizing packaging materials

* Performing general warehouse tasks as needed

Candidate Profile

We're looking for applicants who:

* Work effectively within a team

* Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks

* Demonstrate a proactive attitude and desire to improve

* Communicate clearly and professionally

* Possess basic literacy and numeracy skills

* Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines

* Can supply and wear required PPE (hi-vis and safety footwear)
