We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Essex.

Job Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Picking and packing orders.
• Heavy lifting and manual handling of stock.
• Moving goods throughout the warehouse safely.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working within a chilled warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Must be willing to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends when required.

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• 37.5 hours per week
• Rotating shifts
• Weekend work required as part of the shift pattern
