EMG are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established distribution centre in Castle Donington. We have immediate start opportunities available for motivated and reliable individuals seeking ongoing, full-time work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to start a new career in logistics, we want to hear from you. This role offers both rotating day shifts and permanent night shifts, with excellent rates of pay and long-term opportunities available for the right candidates.

Location Castle Donington, Derbyshire

Pay Rates

• Day Shifts: £15.11 per hour
• Night Shifts: £17.41 per hour

Shift Patterns

• Rotating shift pattern available:
  • Week 1 - Morning Shift
  • Week 2 - Afternoon Shift
  • Continues on a rotating basis
• Permanent Night Shifts also available
• Applicants must be fully flexible and available to work the required shift pattern
• Full shift details will be provided during the recruitment process

Immediate Starts Available Successful candidates can start work immediately following a successful interview and induction process. Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Order picking using scanners and warehouse systems
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Sorting, scanning and processing stock
• Carrying out quality and accuracy checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company health and safety procedures at all times

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Parcel Sorter, Production Operative, Logistics Operative or Distribution Operative is advantageous but not essential
