Warehouse Operative (Picking & Packing)

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Packaging Operatives for a leading distribution and logistics site in Nottingham (NG7).

Pay & Benefits

£13.14 to £17.48 per hour (depending on shift)
Weekly pay

Shift Patterns Available

Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Flexible shift options available depending on client demand, Ideally candidates will be flexible to work all shifts.

Warehouse Operative Duties

As a Packaging Operative / Warehouse Assistant, your role will include:

Packing products for dispatch (pick and pack environment)
Assembling flat-pack boxes into finished packaging
Placing products into boxes with accuracy and care
Wrapping goods and preparing pallets for shipment
Working on end-of-line production and dispatch areas
Labelling items and preparing orders for distribution
Meeting daily warehouse targets and productivity levels
Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe

About the Role

This is a fast-paced warehouse job where you'll need to work efficiently as part of a team. You'll be expected to quickly match the speed and accuracy of experienced team members to keep production running smoothly.

It's an active role - you'll be standing, moving, and using your hands continuously throughout your shift.

Previous experience in warehouse, packing, production, or factory work (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume environment
Good dexterity and attention to detail
Team player with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with repetitive, physical work
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
