We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team in Castle Donington on a full‑time, mandatory rotating shift pattern. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in meeting daily goals.

🕒 Shift Pattern (Mandatory Weekly Rotation)

Early Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00

Late Shift: Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00You must be able to work both shifts as part of the rotation.

💰 Pay Rate: £14.66 per hour

🔧 Role Responsibilities:

Picking and packing products accurately

Working efficiently to meet daily targets

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Following all safety and quality procedures
