Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start

Location: Long Marston, Stratford-Upon-Avon (Meon Vale, CV37)

Contract: Temporary ongoing, full-time hours

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour (PAYE)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

Shifts: Rotating - 07:00-15:00 & 09:00-17:00

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our well‑established client based in Long Marston. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent full‑time work with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Repairing pallets to required standards
• Operating tray wash machinery
• Carrying out a range of general warehouse tasks
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Performing physical duties as required by the role

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Flexible and able to work rotating shift patterns
• Proactive, reliable, and able to maintain high work standards
• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Physically fit due to the nature of the job
• Good communication skills, numeracy, and IT literacy
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
