Warehouse Operatives - Northampton

​Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Swan Valley (NN4).

We are seeking experienced warehouse co-packers to join a busy and fast‐paced operational environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be available to work full-time hours

Shift Pattern

• Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rates

• Standard Rate: £12.21 per hour
• Overtime Rate: £18.32 per hour

Location

• Northampton, Swan Valley (NN4) Tithe Barn Way, Swan Valley Industrial Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Restocking, repacking, and co-packing warehouse goods
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Required Skills & Attributes

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (full training provided)
• Strong work ethic and a proactive "can-do" attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good command of the English language
