Warehouse Operatives - Severn Beach - Night Shifts

Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting Nights Warehouse Operatives to work for a parcel distribution company based in Severn Beach (BS35). Due to remote location, you will need to drive and have your own vehicle. We will offer guaranteed work until at least end of January. The right candidates may be offered a permanent contract directly with the client after a qualifying period of being employed through Blue Arrow.

The start times for the roles will be 23:00 / 00:00 / 01:00 and finish times - 08:30 / 09:00 / 10:00 - all roles are working Monday to Friday.

Working Hours & Pay:

• First 12 weeks - £12.21 per hour
• After 12 weeks - £13.14 per hour, overtime will be paid at £16.30

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading goods to and from lorries
• Using hand scanners
• Loading parcels onto conveyor belt or into cages
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Keeping warehouse areas clean and tidy

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience performing warehouse duties such as picking or packing is preferred, however, all the training will be provided
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Own transport
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
