We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Borough Green. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse activities, from receiving goods through to dispatch.

What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders
- Inspecting items for damage and reporting any issues
- Booking goods into the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Storing stock safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Labelling shipments and ensuring all documentation is accurate
- Supporting vehicle loading and coordinating with couriers
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
- Helping identify ways to improve processes and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel); WMS experience is a bonus
- A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)
