You will be responsible for the efficient, cost-effective management of the warehouse and ensuring that the field teams are fully prepared to deliver an excellent service to our customers.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active, organised, and practical, with the flexibility to also support on-site operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse
- Prepare vans and equipment for teams for the following day
- Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory
- Organise and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment
- Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Support the site management team in delivering operational efficiency
- Ensure all equipment and materials are ready to meet customer demands
- Assist on-site with Cherry Picker jobs when required.
What We're Looking For
- A hands-on, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Practical mindset with basic mechanical or repair skills
- Comfortable working at height
- IPAF licence preferred but training will provided if required
- Flexible with working hours (early mornings or late evenings)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
