Will Advisor (Part-Time, Work from Home)

Hours: 2 evenings per week (flexible, Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Pay: £13.00/hour + commission (realistic earnings up to £18/hour)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Location: Remote / Work from Home

• Excellent communication skills
• Confident, empathetic, and professional phone manner
• Comfortable working independently from home
• Sales experience is helpful but not required - we focus on quality service
• Must be UK based and able to work from Home

About the Role:

We are currently looking to recruit 2 part-time Will Advisers to join our team on a remote basis. This flexible role involves working two evenings per week between (Monday to Friday, 6-9 PM), with the option to change your selected evenings throughout the year. Occasional daytime appointments may be available, though these are not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking will instructions from clients via pre-booked telephone appointments
• No cold calling - all appointments are arranged by our telesales team
• Offering add-on services such as our Will Plus Service and Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPA), where commission is earned
• £13.00 per hour, plus bonuses on add-on sales
• Potential earnings of up to £18 per hour with bonuses
• Training & Support:
• Full training provided via a modular online course
• Shadowing live will appointments conducted by experienced advisers
• Ongoing support and appointment scheduling coordinated
