We are currently recruiting a Yard Marshall for our well-established warehouse partner based in Robertsbridge TN32.

Job Title: Yard Marshall

Location: Robertsbridge, TN32

Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: £14.48 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary, Ongoing (Full-Time Hours)

Role Overview:

The Yard Marshall will support our well-established warehouse partner by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and maintaining high standards of yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure full compliance with company health and safety standards.

* Follow all legislative requirements, company policies, procedures, and customer-specific guidelines.

* Oversee yard activities, acting as the first point of contact for vehicle movement.

* Report any issues, accidents, or incidents to management promptly.

* Maintain a safe working environment across all yard areas.

* Manage inbound and outbound movements of contractors and vehicles.

* Perform general housekeeping tasks as required.

* Previous experience in a similar role or environment.

* Availability to work the required hours with flexibility when needed.

* Strong communication skills.
