Yard Operative - Grangemouth Port

Location: Grangemouth
Contract: Fixed-Term until December end

We're looking for 3 Yard Operatives to join a busy team at Grangemouth Port. This is a hands-on outdoor role offering competitive pay, regular overtime and full training.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connecting and disconnecting refrigerated containers
• Recording container movements using handheld devices
• Assisting with gatehouse operations
• Carrying out banksman duties
• Working safely at height and using ladders
• Supporting daily port operations

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and safety-conscious individuals
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexible to work day shifts, night shifts and overtime
• Previous experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehouse or industrial environments would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence desirable

Shift Patterns Available

• 1 position: Thursday to Saturday, 7pm to 7am
• 1 position: Sunday to Tuesday, 7am to 7pm
• 1 position: Sunday to Tuesday, 7pm to 7am

All successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test, before starting work.

Full training provided. No previous port experience required.
