Sam Heron works in our BioTalent team as part of Trinnovo Group and works to hire Technical Operations talent into the Biotech sector. He became an EMC Ambassador because of his deep understanding and respect for serving officers' experience from several of his family and friends serving in the forces.
As an ambassador, Sam hopes to increase the visibility and knowledge base for those leaving and those considering leaving the forces so they can recognise the skills they present and the incredible career opportunities they have when leaving. He also aims to educate clients and his network on the profound positive impact that hiring veterans can have on their business.
