We have thousands of jobs and over 100 registered training courses available. In November we recorded over 400 applications submitted to employers made from a variety of jobs including Security, Logistics, Engineering, Facilities management and automotive to name a few. Our highlights include being invited to Buckingham Palace! This was to thank those involved in the help, recovery & rehabilitation of ex-service personnel, we have also featured in HR Director Magazine.

We have seen an overwhelming response from employers who have signed up, as they look to tap into the phenomenal untapped resource of team playing, adaptable and loyal candidates. Some of these employers include mitie group, G4S, Ryan Air, United Nations, Virgin active and Eddie Stobart, Thames Water, Timpsons and BMW.
Recently we launched a campaign to find the Uk's top 100 most influential people. Pretty much all Military disciplines can be transferred to the corporate, educational, technology, arts, government, fitness and security sectors to name but a few. Translating them to paper can be very difficult for some.
We believe that positive stories should be upheld and finding these individuals will serve as testimony to what can be achieved and what is possible. The results of our search will be concluded and published in March 2015. Further information can be found here.

In December we partnered with RBLI lifeworks program. LifeWorks is a FULLY FUNDED 5 day course which equips ex-Armed Forces personnel with the tools to get into and maintain a civilian job that is appropriate for them. The course is available to anyone who has been in the Armed Forces, regardless of when and how long they served for and runs at various locations across the UK and at RBLI's Training Centre in Aylesford, Kent. More information can be found here.
