This week in the news we saw Former Army Medic Aims To Be First Paralysed Woman To Swim Channel Solo! This is a great achievement and just goes to show that once you put your mind to something you can do it. The swim is part of three endurance challenges she is doing to raise money for Armed Forces charity Blesma that helps veterans who have lost limbs.
