With that in mind, we are honoured to have 30 internal ambassadors who pledge to provide over 30 hours a month of outreach services to support our community. The team of recruitment experts will do this via mentoring, upskilling, CV and cover letter guidance, interview guidance and tips. Our internal ambassadors are driven to build diversity, create inclusion and encourage workplace innovation for the ex-forces personnel and are so excited to see the impact we can make for our community.
