We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Manager to join a thriving, food-led country pub near Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established independent pub group with several successful venues across Hampshire, offering genuine career development and the chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub

✅ Leading, motivating and developing the front of house team

✅ Delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences

✅ Assisting with recruitment, training and staff development

✅ Managing stock control, ordering and cash handling duties

✅ Ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas of the business

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality

✔️ Passion for great food, drink and customer service

✔️ A natural leader with excellent communication skills

✔️ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

✔️ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

✔️ Due to the location, own transport is essential
