Spire Methley Park is looking for a Bank Administrator to join our team. we are seeking an individual who can support us during busy periods, sickness, annual leave, and ongoing service growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, reliable person who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and can provide high-quality administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities

• - Providing administrative support to the clinic team
• - Managing patient records and appointments
• - Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
• - Supporting day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• - Maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation at all times

• - Previous experience in an administrative environment
• - Strong organisational and communication skills
• - Confident using IT systems
• - Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
• - Enthusiastic and personable
