Spire Cheshire is now recruiting for an experienced Endoscopy Assistant to join our warm and friendly on a bank basis. We are ideally looking for bank staff with regular availability during the week and weekends.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assisting the Endoscopy team in the provision of exemplary patient care
• Preparing for clinics and procedures
• Assisting with the sterilisation and decontamination of equipment
• Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients
• Assist with admittance for procedures
• Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient's health and well-being to the appropriate person

Who we're looking for

• Previous experience of working as an HCA within Endoscopy
• Experience with decontamination of Endoscopy equipment is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
