The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys their visit.

From taking orders and serving food to preparing drinks and providing exceptional customer service, you'll help deliver memorable experiences that keep customers returning.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks responsibly
• Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar
• Handling payments and operating tills where required
• Maintaining clean and organised bar, restaurant, and customer areas
• Supporting colleagues during busy service periods
• Recommending menu items and promotions to guests
• Delivering friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Helping ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are followed

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, energetic, and professional approach
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Strong teamwork skills
• Confidence interacting with customers
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
