Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffee.
- Preparing and serving food to a high standard.
- Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Handling cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety.
- Stock management and replenishment of supplies.
- Setting up and packing down the food van each day.
- Operating and handling a heavy roller shutter as part of the daily opening and closing procedures.
- Supporting the team with general duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista, catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Good timekeeping and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks.
- Must be capable of safely lifting, moving, and operating a heavy roller shutter on the food van as part of the role's essential duties.
- Food hygiene certification is desirable but not essential.
Must have own transport due to location
