Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join a prestigious luxury spa and hotel near Liphook. The kitchen caters for both hotel guests and daytime spa visitors, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and excellent presentation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early starts and maintaining high standards in a well-structured environment.

Key Info

• 5 days out of 7
• 45 hours per week + paid overtime
• Shifts: 6:00am - 3:30pm
• Live-in accommodation available

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast service to a consistent standard
• Ensure breakfast buffets are fully stocked, fresh, and well presented
• Support with prep for later services where required
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie
• Background in quality-focused kitchens or hotels
• Ability to manage a busy morning service efficiently
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
