💷 Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

🕙 Hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm (Monday-Friday)

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team in Newark. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-presented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and securing the premises
• General maintenance and basic repairs
• Carrying out health & safety checks
• Monitoring site security
• Liaising with contractors where required
• Ensuring the site remains clean and tidy

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous caretaking or maintenance experience preferred
• Practical and hands-on approach
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Trustworthy and dependable
• Able to work independently
