Catering Assistant - Widnes & Runcorn area

Part-Time | Weekday Afternoons

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Catering Assistant to support food service operations across schools and care environments in the Widnes and Runcorn areas. Ideal for someone with experience in catering who is confident travelling around this area.

What We Need from You

• Valid DBS check for children and adults (or willing to obtain one)
• Previous catering/food service experience and verifiable references
• Driving licence or reliable means of travel
• Availability during weekdays (occasional weekends)
• Ability to adapt in changing situations
• Willingness to travel to Widnes, Runcorn, or up to 15 miles if needed

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting meal preparation and basic food handling
• Serving food safely and professionally
• Maintaining hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas
• Assisting catering staff during busy service times
• Travelling between assigned sites as required
