⭐ Make a Difference as a Catering Team Leader

Our catering team plays a vital role in keeping guests and colleagues energised and ready for the adventures ahead.

As a Catering Team Leader, you will:

Lead and motivate a team of Catering Assistants
Ensure the dining room is clean, welcoming and well‑presented
Support the preparation and service of tasty, appealing meals
Make sure guests feel valued, looked after and well supported
Uphold excellent food safety and allergen‑management standards
Work closely with the Front of House Manager to deliver a smooth service

👀 Is This You?

We're looking for someone with:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests
Confidence handling dietary requirements and food safety procedures
A Level 3 (or higher) Food Safety qualification
At least 3 months of experience in a catering role
Experience leading a team or working with young people (desirable but not essential)
