Blue Arrow, in partnership with XPO, is recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for a leading distribution operation based in Burton-on-Trent (DE14).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional logistics operation delivering ladders throughout the UK, with guaranteed hours, pre-booked shifts and immediate starts available.

Days

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 04:00 and 07:00
• Pre-booked shifts
• Guaranteed hours
• Ongoing work available

Pay Rate

Day Shift

• £15.85 per hour
• PAYE
• Holiday accrual
• Overtime paid after 8 hours worked

The Role

• Delivering ladders to customers nationwide
• Driving a modern Class 2 vehicle
• Loading and unloading products at delivery locations
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery point
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
• Following strict health and safety procedures
• Representing a leading national distribution operation
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years Class 2 driving experience
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to load and unload products safely
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Professional and reliable attitude
