Cleaner

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join a friendly team within a school in Blyth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for staff and pupils.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables
• Sanitising touchpoints and high-traffic areas
• Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
• Following health & safety procedures and site regulations at all times

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience within a school, healthcare, commercial, industrial, or similar environment is essential
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Enhanced DBS Check required
