Cleaner

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaner for our client based in Sunderland, this is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

To be considered for the role, you must have previous cleaning experience and a full UK driving license. A company vehicle will be provided to you as you will be required to drive between multiple units on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out cleaning and waste management tasks efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across welfare areas (e.g. washrooms, break rooms, canteen), social spaces (e.g. offices, reception, locker rooms)
• Handle and segregate waste correctly, ensuring it is prepared for collection
• Operate cleaning equipment such as sweepers and scrubber-dryers, keeping all equipment clean, safe, and well maintained

Pay Rate:

• £12.71ph
• £13.09ph after 12 weeks

Working Hours:

• Monday-Friday - 7hrs per day
• 7am-2pm (some flexibility with this if preferred)
