We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their culinary career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
* Assist chefs in the preparation and cooking of dishes
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations
* Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
* Prepare ingredients and mise en place for service
* Learn and follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
* Support the kitchen team in daily operations and service delivery
* Take part in training and development opportunities to build culinary skills
