We're a lively American‑style diner in the Fareham area, serving comfort‑food classics, fresh waffles, and all‑round feel‑good favourites. We're looking for a committed Commis Chef / Demi Chef to join our friendly kitchen team and help us deliver great food with great energy.

What We Offer

• £26,500 per annum
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Daytime shifts with evenings off:
  • Midweek & Sunday: 09:00-16:00
  • Friday & Saturday: 09:00-18:00
• 5 days out of 7
• Supportive, upbeat team environment
• Live‑out position

About the Role

As a Commis Chef / Demi Chef, you'll support the kitchen team in preparing fresh, tasty dishes in a fun and fast‑moving American diner setting. You'll learn, grow, and get hands‑on with all aspects of service-perfect for someone looking to build their skills and progress.

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in a professional kitchen (or strong enthusiasm to learn)
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stay organised during busy service
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Passion for producing consistent, quality food
