Customer Care Coordinator
Location: Ringwood (Hybrid after training)
Salary: £25,584 (£12.30 p/h) + Out of Hours £14.55 p/h
Hours: 40 hours per week | Various shifts available

What You'll Do
✔ Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats with empathy and efficiency
✔ Manage new orders and resolve customer inquiries at first point of contact
✔ Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value
✔ Update customer records accurately in CRM systems
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
✔ Maintain professionalism and deliver world-class service at all times

Customer Service Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm | Sat-Sun 9am-1pm
Order Line: 24-hour coverage
