🔑 What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Delivering clear, confident advice throughout the customer journey
- Resolving issues efficiently with a first-time resolution mindset
- Managing customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and ownership
- Liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth service delivery
- Accurately updating systems and following customer service processes

- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or retail roles (preferred, not essential)
- A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
- Availability to start immediately
