We're hiring Service Centre Advisors to join our Business Banking Service Centre in Edinburgh. If you're caring, motivated, and ready to deliver outstanding customer service, this is your chance to shine!

Role: Service Centre Representative

Division: Business Banking Service Centre (BBSC)

Location: Lloyds Banking Group, Teviot House, Edinburgh, EH12 9ZA

Pay rate: £14.02 per hour

Contract: Temporary

Start Date: 25th November 2025

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Business Operational Hours: 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm Saturdays (1 Saturday every 6 weeks)

Hybrid working available after successful completion of training (up to 3 days working from home)

Training: Full time for 5 weeks.

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service representative, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by resolving payments, managing mandates, addressing online queries, and handling complex issues with professionalism and empathy.

What You'll Need:

• Customer service experience & great communication skills - both written and verbal
• Compassionate approach to problem-solving
• Confidence using digital tools & AI platforms
