Pay Rates: £13.97 - £32.55 per hour (depending on shift pattern)

Shift Pattern: 25 hours per week working 5 days out of 7

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Working within a 24/7 operation, you'll support services including Emergency (999/112), DQ (118500) and Relay UK. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in helping people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers requiring support. You'll remain calm under pressure, gather key information and ensure callers are connected to the appropriate service quickly and accurately.

This is more than a customer service role. It's an opportunity to make a real impact every day.

What We're Looking For

✅ Ability to remain calm in emotionally challenging situations

Training & Development:

Full time training (37.5 hours paid) Mon - Fri for the first 4 weeks before moving onto your preferred shift pattern.
