Customer Service Advisor - Office Based
📍 Location: On-site in Ringwood (BH24 1EX)
💰 Pay: £12.30 per hour + £300 performance bonus
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days (including weekends)
📅 Start Dates: 22nd September or 13th October 2025

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-providing thoughtful, personalised support across phone, email, live chat, and social media. Whether helping with orders, recommending products, or resolving delivery queries, your communication skills and customer-first mindset will shine.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering exceptional service across multiple channels
Meeting performance targets including efficiency, quality, and adherence
Handling inbound and outbound communications to support customer needs
Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Suggesting process improvements to enhance customer experience
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to meet KPIs and resolve customer issues effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Desirable:
Experience mentoring or coaching within a team
Familiarity with Elucid and Vocalcom systems
Understanding of GDPR and contact centre compliance
Written Communication Excellence:
