Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Warrington (Office Based)

Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary

Pay Rate: £14 per hour (Monday-Saturday)

Shifts: Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm (1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 4pm)

Training: 8 Weeks


About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers who may be experiencing issues with their accounts. Working within the Customer Service Team, you will provide empathetic and solution-focused service to help customers manage their accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone and digital channels to discuss queries on customer accounts
  • Own customer contacts from the start through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
  • Accurately update in-house systems to reflect changes in customer accounts
  • Investigate queries to resolution and manage tasks effectively.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Experience in customer service or collections is desirable.
  • Proficient in IT skills
  • Attention to detail.
