Location: Perth (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Rate: £15.54 per hour
Contract: 12-month temporary assignment
Start Date: 10th August 2026
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Between 8:30am and 5:30pm

We are looking for Customer Contact Inbound Telephony Advisors to join a busy customer service team. In this role, you will focus on delivering First Call Resolution (FCR), ensuring customers receive accurate and efficient support at the first point of contact.
