🕒Part Time 25 hours, with a variety of shifts available

We are looking for calm, confident and caring Customer Service Advisors to join a busy Voice Services team in Dundee. This is a safety critical call handling role where you will be the first point of contact for people calling 999, helping to quickly understand the nature of the call and connect callers to the correct emergency service. You will follow structured processes, remain focused under pressure and communicate clearly in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Handle emergency calls calmly, professionally and efficiently.

✅Follow 999 procedures and connect callers to the appropriate emergency authority when required.

✅Actively listen and respond quickly as calls progress.

✅Remain focused, calm and free from distractions when handling sensitive or distressing calls.

✅Use strong communication, active listening and IT skills while working under pressure.

✅Complete 4 weeks of full-time paid training before moving to your agreed shift rota.
