Customer Service - Birmingham

Blue Arrow are recruiting for a customer service agent to work with our client in a temporary ongoing assignment up until January 2027.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Advising customers on new purchases
  • Assisting with invoicing
  • Dealing with any day to day queries
  • Resolving disputes

Ideally candidates will have previous experience in a customer service role. However, full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Hours of work

4 days per week

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

9am-4pm

£12.71 per hour paid weekly
