We are a national clothing business who provides on line orders to both commercial and domestic customers. We are based in Birchwood and provide stock holdings, deliveries and postal services to customers purchasing stock on our on line website. Ours brands support all the top sports names and designer brands.

You will be working in a small and friendly call centre customer focused team - who role will be to pick up any queries from customers regarding orders and delivery. The type of calls or emails you will receive will consist of:

• Where is my order
• The order I received is not complete
• Can I send an item back
• How do I process a refund
• Can you locate a item of stick for me

The level of engagement with be both verbally and emails back to the customer. We use a series of templates but expect you to add a little sparkle to each level of communication ads it is usually your interaction that the customer remembers most

This role is temp to perm - there is no end date whilst working with us. The location is just off the M62 as you approach Birchwood. The hours are 7am - 4pm daily Monday to Friday with weekends off

As a Customer Service Advisers, we do expect you to like be working with the general public, be generally upbeat and be able to work as part of a team but also independent

Is this you?

Experience in this field is not necessarily required as full training is provided - however we are looking for people who has a positive outlook, have an inquisitive mind and able to demonstrate problem solving

*Experience service environment or customer service

*Able to work as part of a team, but also to take initiative individually and enjoy being with people

*Exceptionally empathetic - a clear and confident communicator with excellent communication and typing skills.

*A friendly, caring and compassionate personality.

*Strong organisational and time management skills.

*Maturity to deal with difficult situations with a smile and empathy.
