We are hiring a a vibrant and upbeat Customer Account Manager to join our busy team in Woolwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales office and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.
You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Taking customer orders over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
Managing multiple inboxes and responding to customer enquiries promptly
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Supporting the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Working collaboratively in a busy, target-driven environment
About You
Previous experience in a customer service or account management role
Experience working in a fast-paced sales office environment
Confident handling inbound calls and managing multiple email inboxes
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
A vibrant, positive, and upbeat personality
A proactive team player who can support sales colleagues effectively
