Are you a recent graduate with strong customer services & IT skills. We're looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our growing support team in Shoreditch, London.
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them via phone and email with software-related queries. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering clear, friendly, and effective support.
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues or escalate when needed
Provide clear guidance and follow-up to ensure issue resolution
Record and track customer interactions accurately
Deliver a professional and helpful service experience
A recent graduate or someone seeking an entry-level opportunity
Strong general IT skills and confidence with speaking to customers over the phone
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, patient, and solutions-focused attitude
Able and willing to work from our Shoreditch office, Monday to Friday
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Familiarity with operating systems such as Mac OS, iOS, and Chrome OS
£25,000 annual salary
