We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Dutch Speaking Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agents to support customers of Center Parcs, Pierre et Vacances and Maeva. What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound sales and customer service enquiries.
- Converting customer enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell upgrades, activities, extended stays, and additional products.
- Managing booking amendments, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving individual and team performance targets.
- Building rapport with customers and creating memorable holiday experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within travel, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, or contact centre environments.
- Strong ability to influence, convert, and close sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of contact centre KPIs and performance measures.
