Salary: £24,000 - £36,000 per year (depending on experience)

The Role

We are looking for a hospitality professional to help manage day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in restaurant management within a vibrant, independent business.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve delicious food and drinks while creating memorable experiences for guests

Oversee daily operations including stock management, cash handling, and health & safety compliance

Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high standards of service and presentation

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Assist with planning, organisation, and innovation to help grow the business

Working Hours - 40 per week - 9am - 5pm. Off Mondays & Thursdays

What We're Looking For:

Recent experience in a similar hospitality role

Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging personality

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions

A hands-on approach with flexibility to work weekends and busy holiday periods

Barista skills and a personal licence

Additional Information:

Ability to commute or relocate to Botley before starting work (required)

Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
