Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of supervisors, bartenders, and waiting staff
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and manage guest feedback
  • Drive revenue through upselling, innovation, and market awareness
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiencies
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and public health policies
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments
  • Develop and deliver training to uphold brand standards
  • Promote safe working practices and lead by example

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage management (premium or luxury hospitality preferred)
  • A confident, inspiring leader who builds strong, motivated teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability
  • Calm, solutions‑focused approach under pressure
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
