Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Hours: 7:00am to 12:00pm

Job Type: Part-Time

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Breakfast Team Member to join a busy hospitality venue in the Stoke-on-Trent (ST4) area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering great customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests during breakfast service.
• Serving food and beverages with a professional and friendly approach.
• Maintaining buffet and dining areas to a high standard.
• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Ensuring excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout service.
• Responding to guest enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Supporting colleagues to ensure a smooth breakfast operation.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, café, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
