💰 Salary: £22,944 during training, rising to £26,731 on completion

📚 Training: 5-day training + 2-day induction

📄 Contract: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)

⏰ Shifts: Early and late shifts, including weekends

What You'll Do

Be the friendly face of the station, assisting customers and providing information.
Help with wheelchair access, ticket sales, and ensure smooth operation of the gateline.
Maintain a safe environment by managing queues and responding to hazards.
Work as part of a proactive team that puts customer experience first.
