Gateline Customer Service Assistant

📍 Location: Glasgow Exhibition Centre

💰 Salary: £15,091 during training, rising to £17,564 on completion

📚 Training: 5-day training + 2-day induction

📄 Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part Time - 23 hours

Earliest start: 04:19 | Latest finish: 01:00


What You'll Do

  • Be the friendly face of the station, providing assistance and information to customers.
  • Help with wheelchair access, ticket sales, and ensure smooth operation of the gateline.
  • Keep the station safe and welcoming by managing queues and responding to hazards.
  • Work as part of a proactive team that puts customer experience first.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Confidence to handle challenges and resolve conflicts positively.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training in customer service, first aid, disability awareness, and more.
